Nigerian official says 83 Chibok girls have been released

Eighty-three Chibok schoolgirls kidnapped three years ago by Boko Haram extremists in northern Nigeria have been released into military custody, authorities said late Saturday. Family members said they were eagerly awaiting a list of names and “our hopes and expectations are high.”

Who’s Cuter: Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady or Gisele Bündchen and These Puppies?

Gisele Bündchen quite honestly has it all. Not only is she one of the world’s most famous supermodels and half of Hollywood’s hottest couple, but she also got to spend Friday night covered in a pile of puppies. The 36-year-old, fresh off of her PDA-filled appearance at the Met Gala with husband Tom Brady, stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and agreed to play a ridiculously cute game of “Pup Quiz.” She ended up as the lucky winner and got to have a major cuddle session with all of the little golden fluffs. Living the dream, right?

The Office’s Jenna Fischer and Rainn Wilson Reunite For Lunch, Unfortunately Not at Chili’s

The Office might have ended in 2013, but the tight-knit cast is just as close as ever – just ask Jenna Fischer and Rainn Wilson! The pair, who played Pam Beesly and Dwight Schrute on the long-running comedy, linked up for a cute lunch date on Thursday (no word on whether or not they went to Chili’s, but fingers crossed). Jenna graciously shared a selfie from their outing on Twitter, using one of Pam’s quotes as the caption:

Just last year, Jenna went to see her other costar from The Office John Krasinski do his thing in his play Dry Powder and also got a sweet shout-out from Angela Kinsey (aka Angela Martin), who called Jenna her “anchor through life.” Although we still miss watching Pam, Jim, Dwight, Michael, and the rest of the Dunder Mifflin gang each week, at least we have their frequent reunions to fill our hearts with joy.

Watching Michael Fassbender Attempt to Breakdance Might Give You a Panic Attack

It’s par for the course for celebrities to bust out hidden talents or play wacky games on late-night shows, but few have ever made me gasp the way Michael Fassbender’s recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show did. Egged on by the host and fellow guest Jessica Chastain, the 40-year-old Alien: Covenant actor agreed to show off his breakdancing skills, and honestly it was pretty stressful. As the crowd and the other guests (Jessica, Diane Keaton, and Kevin Bacon) looked on, Michael flips over backwards and basically dives headfirst into the floor like so:

For a split second I thought I was about to watch Michael Fassbender’s neck snap before my very eyes, a fear Diane Keaton clearly shared.

Are you impressed? Are you hyperventilating? Are you wishing he did it shirtless? In your bedroom? OK, OK, I’m done. Be careful, Michael.

Meghan Markle Looks Royally Smitten While Watching Prince Harry Play Polo

Meghan Markle basically turned into the heart eyes emoji on Saturday, and it’s all thanks to Prince Harry. The Suits actress and activist traveled to the Cowarth Polo Club in Ascot, England over the weekend to watch her boyfriend of over six months compete in the Audi Polo Challenge, where she couldn’t help but flash a huge smile. It marks the first time that Harry (who looked equally smitten, by the way) and Meghan attended a public event together.

The polo match raised money for Harry’s charities, Sentebale and WellChild, and boasted A-list guests like Harry’s former classmate Eddie Redmayne, Strictly Come Dancing judge Darcey Bussell, and The Crown actor Matt Smith (who coincidentally plays Harry’s grandfather, Prince Philip, in the Netflix drama). While Meghan cheered Harry on from the stands, she bonded with Mark Dyer, a former Welsh Guards officer and close friend of Harry’s who helped set up his Sentebale charity.

Megan and Harry have been jetting all over the world to be with one another over the last few months, including trips to Canada (where Megan films Suits) and to Jamaica to celebrate a friend’s wedding. The pair will be wedding dates once again in just a few weeks, when they they attend Pippa Middleton’s high-profile nuptials. Kate Middleton’s sister reportedly has a “no ring, no bring” policy for her ceremony, so Meghan will join Harry at the reception later on that night.

Mariah Carey Goes All Out For Her Twins’ Disneyland Birthday Bash

Mariah Carey isn’t just a glamorous celebrity, she’s also a glamorous mom. The singer pulled out all the stops when she celebrated her twins Moroccan and Monroe‘s sixth birthday at Disneyland alongside her ex-husband, Nick Cannon, on April 30. In addition to taking a ride on Space Mountain as a family, the twins also mingled with some Disney pals at Goofy’s Kitchen as they munched on Minnie and Mickey Mouse-themed cakes and opened their presents. And the magical day certainly didn’t come cheap either, as the former couple reportedly dropped five figures on the birthday bash. But it shouldn’t come as a surprise that they would pick the happiest place on Earth to celebrate. Not only is it every kid’s dream to ring in their birthday at Disneyland, but it’s also where Mariah and Nick renewed their vows back in April 2013.

Teddy Losin to Dr. Callamard: “Thank you, the ICC case is dead. Dead as a door nail”

Philippines’ representative in United Nations Teddy Locsin Jr. sarcastically thanked United Nations Special Rapporteur Dr. Agnes Callamard in his latest tweet. Locsin said that the case filed against President Rodrigo Duterte in the International Criminal Court is dead maybe because of the surprise visit of the special rapporteur in the Philippines. Goodnight everyone. Again, thank you Agnes. The ICC case […]
